By day, I am a strategist at Undercurrent, a small consultancy in New York. At the time of this writing, I focus exclusively on General Electric, one of our closest clients.

Ecosystem analysis & strategy - We use our diverse experience to understand the state of and likely developments in a firm's industry, and provide specific, ambitious recommendations tailored to improving their competitive position.
Team structure & process design - We help teams organize and communicate in ways that are more productive, less painful, and allow for ideas to be developed, tested, and learned from as quickly as possible.
